On Halloween I like to make my daughters costume, this year they are dressing up as Elsa and Anna from Frozen, so I decided to do a ribbon tutus for their skirt. As I was researching I couldn’t find much on ribbon tutu, only the strip tutus. So after trial and error I was able to make one and I also created a step by step instructions, so if you’re trying to make a ribbon tutu hope these instructions help.
Materials Needed:
•Satin Ribbon – QTY:
